That sentence does more work than it looks like it does. Older Brazos Valley properties frequently carry decades of modifications by different hands to different standards, and sorting that out carefully is most of the job.

A number produced before anybody has looked is not an estimate, it is an opening position. So we look first, then price, and if the job turns out to be bigger than it appeared you hear that at the moment we find out.

The other half of it is paperwork. Permits and inspections are filed and managed in house through to final approval, because you should not have to chase paperwork on your own electrical work. An inspector signing off is also the only confirmation that comes from somebody with nothing to sell you.

Our electricians and office staff live in the towns they work in. Caldwell, Bryan, College Station, Hearne, Rockdale, Cameron and the rest of it. That is partly a hiring philosophy and partly just how a company built here ends up looking after ten years.

It has a practical edge too. Somebody who grew up on these roads knows which properties were built when, which additions went up without a permit, and how long it actually takes to get from Somerville to a callout in Navasota.

We ran Senior Salute 2025 on KBTX with the station, celebrating graduating students and their families across the Brazos Valley. It is the kind of thing a local company does because the students in it are the children of people we work for, and in some cases people we work with.

A good share of the school buildings on our project list are ones those same students sat in. Caldwell Elementary, Caldwell High School, A&M Consolidated, Rockdale Junior High, the Cameron ISD Yoe Building.
