Commercial
Buildouts, fitouts and renovations, on somebody else's opening date.
Ground up shells and lease space turnovers across Brazos and Burleson counties. Scheduled against a general contractor's programme and an opening date, not against our own convenience.
Chapter 01
A shell going up and a suite being turned over are different jobs.
Ground up commercial work and a lease space fitout get talked about together and behave nothing alike. On a new shell the electrical goes in alongside everything else, in a sequence set months earlier, with inspections at fixed points. On a tenant turnover you are working inside a building that already has a history, often on a much shorter clock, and often around whatever the previous tenant left behind.
Both are normal work here. What changes between them is the coordination: who else is in the building, what has to be energised and when, and which inspection has to pass before the next trade can start.

Deadlines you are already committed to.
Commercial electrical is almost never scheduled around the electrician. It is scheduled around a general contractor's programme, a landlord's handover, or a date somebody has already put on a sign and told their staff about.
That is worth saying plainly because it changes how a job has to be estimated. A quote that assumes ideal sequencing and uninterrupted access is not a quote for the job you actually have. We would rather price the real one.
For anything with drawings attached, sending bid documents to bids@ccelectricbcs.com puts them in front of the estimating side directly instead of routing through the front desk. For tenant buildouts and facility rewiring, a conversation is usually faster than a form.
Chapter 03
The roster is the argument.
Hotel McCoy. Bryan Medical Center. The RELLIS Operations Center. Caliber Collision in College Station. Kawasaki of Caldwell. The BMW and Mercedes dealerships. Hush & Whisper Distillery Co. Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. Panda Express, Chicken Express, Pure Barre, Anytime Fitness, Wayfair, and the City of College Station Carter Creek Lift Station.
None of that is a claim about quality. It is a list of buildings you can drive to, which is a more useful thing to hand somebody who is deciding whether to call.
The same is true of the campus and school work. Blinn College in Bryan and Brenham, Blinn RELLIS, A&M Consolidated High School, Caldwell High School and its CTE building, and a long run of Texas A&M buildings.
Coordination with the city and the utility, and the permits in house.
On service work, meter changes and anything touching incoming power, the job involves the city and the utility company as much as it involves us. Storm damage to service wires is the sharpest version of that, and it is why the emergency line runs around the clock.
Permits and inspections are filed and managed in house through to final approval. On a commercial project that is not a courtesy, it is schedule protection: a permit that goes in late is a trade that starts late.
Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm, with after hours and weekend work by request.
